UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Utility Customer Service department handles water, sewer, and stormwater billing. They assist customers with new service, account information, and discontinuation of service, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. PAYMENTS BY PHONE:
Customers can now make utility payments by phone using our new Interactive Voice Recognition (IVR) system. Customers can pay their utility bills and get account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling (360) 491-5616
Payments can be made through Bill Pay Online via a credit or debit card, automatic payments through either the City or your bank or by check. If mailing a payment send to:
