
The Lacey Police
Department wants to ensure the citizens of Lacey, the department is
concerned with the service provided and is open to feedback to help improve
the service we provide.
Compliments directed toward an individual or individuals are invited.
The same goes for complaints.
The department has a policy of taking all complaints made against an
employee seriously and investigating complaints thoroughly.
Complaints can be made in person, third party, by phone, letter, or by the
Internet. The Lacey Police Department takes the job of investigating
complaints seriously and will not discourage anyone from filing a complaint.
The complaint process is one way to ensure policies and procedures are being
followed and adhered to. The Lacey Police Department wants all citizens to
have the opportunity to voice their concerns regarding service or treatment.
