CITY OF LACEY, WASHINGTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
LACEY, WA, May 22, 2018: The City of Lacey, Washington, seeks proposals from qualified emergency management and preparedness professionals to facilitate the continued development of the City of Lacey's Emergency Preparedness Program.
The consultant will primarily work with city staff who make up the Emergency Services Committee to update the city's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) and to create a roadmap for partnerships, funding opportunities, education, training and compliance with federal and state requirements for the city to utilize moving forward.
RFP information packets are available on the State of Washington Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) Bid Notification System website at https://fortress.wa.gov/ga/webs. Qualified vendors must submit sealed proposals by 4:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Proposals received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
The city reserves the right to accept or reject any, all, or part of the proposals received, and to waive all informalities. No vendor may withdraw a proposal after the hour set for the opening.
