CITY OF LACEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS
The City of Lacey is seeking project proposals for Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for eligible activities that provide affordable housing, capital improvements, community facilities, and other opportunities that benefit low- and moderate-income residents within the city. Approximately $867,000 in CDBG funding is available.
Application workshops will be held Monday, March 6, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., and Monday, March 13, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in the Community Room at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE. Attendance at one of the workshops is highly recommended for potential applicants.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through ZoomGrants (see quick start guide below) by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 7, 2017. A printed and signed copy of the project application, including all attachments, must also be submitted to Stephen Kirkman, Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, WA 98503, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2017.
