NISQUALLY INDIAN TRIBE & LACEY CITY COUNCIL TOTEM RE-DEDICATION CEREMONY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Nisqually Indian Tribe and the Lacey City Council will gather on July 9, 2015, from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. to participate in the Totem Rededication Ceremony at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street. The Totem was presented to the Lacey City Council from the Nisqually Indian Tribe in 2014 as a mutual sign of respect and friendship. The ceremonial feeding of the Totem will be a recurring, annual event.
The Totem is located in the Council lobby at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street, and can be viewed by the public during regular business hours from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
