NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lacey City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to receive testimony regarding the Final Assessment Roll for Utility Local Improvement District 23 – College Street and Martin Way Sewer on May 28, 2015, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street. The purpose of ULID 23 is to connect the properties of the District to the City of Lacey sewer system.
On April 23, 2015, the Lacey City Council passed Resolution 1021, fixing the date and time for the Public Hearing.
If property owners in the district would like to comment on their individual assessments pertaining to Utility Local Improvement District 23, they should attend the Public Hearing to be heard. If unable to attend, written comments should be sent to the City Clerk at the City of Lacey, 420 College St, Lacey WA 98503, or email@example.com, prior to 5:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing.
