REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - CITY OF LACEY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROJECTS The City of Lacey is seeking project proposals for Urban County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for eligible activities that provide affordable housing, capital improvements, community facilities, and other opportunities that benefit low- and moderate-income residents within the city. Approximately $867,000 in CDBG funding is available. Application workshops will be held Monday, March 6, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., and Monday, March 13, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., in the Community Room at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE. Attendance at one of the workshops is highly recommended for potential applicants. Proposals must be submitted electronically through ZoomGrants (see quick start guide below) by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 7, 2017. A printed and signed copy of the project application, including all attachments, must also be submitted to Stephen Kirkman, Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, WA 98503, by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2017. QUICK START GUIDE FOR ZOOMGRANTS

Click or enter the following address into your internet browser to launch ZoomGrants: https://zoomgrants.com/gprop.asp?donorid=2253 |

Create a new ZoomGrants account. To create a new account, you will need:
a. Email address
b. Create a password
c. First and last name
NOTE: It is recommended that an applicant either have the executive director or person authorized to submit an application for your organization create the ZoomGrants account, or create a shared account, using an email and password that is available to multiple staff members.

After a ZoomGrants Account is created, ZoomGrants will take you to the Thurston County Housing and Community Renewal Application Page. Select the blue “Apply” button. |

An application will open. Prior to entering any information into the application, we strongly recommend that you review the RFP Instructions and other supporting RFP documents. To do so, select the blue “Library” tab. The full list of available RFP-related documents will appear. |

Select the blue text under the Description column to open a document. |
