NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lacey City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to receive testimony regarding the formation of Utility Local Improvement District 22 – Tanglewilde East Sewer on October 10, 2013, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street. The purpose of ULID 22 is to connect the properties of the Tanglewilde East District to the City of Lacey sewer system.
On September 12, 2013, the Lacey City Council passed Resolution 999, declaring the intention of the City Council to improve a certain area of land by the construction and installation of wastewater collection facilities and to set a date and time for a Public Hearing.
If the formation of the ULID is approved by City Council, parcels in the Tanglewilde East District will be assessed for the cost of the improvements. If property owners in the district would like to comment on the formation of Utility Local Improvement District 22, they should attend the Public Hearing to be heard. If unable to attend, written comments should be sent to City of Lacey, Public Works Department, 420 College St, Lacey WA 98503.
