LACEY, WA, May 27, 2015: On Saturday, June 13, the City of Lacey will host its first annual Homeowners’ Academy. The conference-style event will feature presentations from professionals in HOA finances, legal issues, and board responsibilities. In addition, attendees will benefit from sessions on dispute resolution, stormwater facility maintenance, and traffic calming devices.

LACEY, WA, May 26, 2015: Lacey water customers will follow an alternate day watering schedule for their yards and outdoor landscapes beginning Monday, June 1, 2015. Alternate day watering is mandatory for all Lacey water customers during the months of June, July, August, and September.

LACEY, WA, May 14, 2015: The City of Lacey will be holding an informational meeting regarding the upcoming Lift Station replacement project on Westlake Drive SE. The open house will be held on Wednesday, May 20th, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Mountain View Elementary, 1900 College Street SE. City staff will be on hand to answer questions.

LACEY, WA, May 13, 2015: The Washington Recreation and Park Association (WRPA) recently announced Lacey’s S.T.E.M. Fair as a recipient of the WRPA Program of Excellence Award for Innovative Programming during a ceremony at the association’s annual conference in Tacoma. The WRPA, an affiliate of the National Recreation and Park Association, celebrates people, parks, and programs with an award program honoring individuals and organizations for their contributions to the field of parks and recreation in Washington State.

LACEY, WA, May 11, 2015: This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Lacey Spring Fun Fair, taking place at Saint Martin's University this Saturday, May 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Road closures are planned to accommodate the Grand Parade, taking place at 6:00 p.m. on that Saturday.
