Family-Friendly Location: Our beautiful park setting is perfect for picnics and family fun. Spread your blanket and prepare to be safely up close and personal to the spectacular pyrotechnic display! And don't worry, this year we will have many, many portable restrooms on site! Rainier Vista Park is located at 5475 45th Ave SE. Bring a flashlight or headlamp to safely navigate in the park after dark.
Parking: On-site parking opens at 3:00 p.m. (You are welcome to walk-in or ride in earlier.) Space is limited. No RV or trailer parking allowed; parking is first come, first-served; no "saving" additional spots. Consider walking, biking, or parking at area schools. (Aspire 1/4 mi.; Timberline & Lakes 1/2 mi.; Komachin 1 mi.;Yelm & College business district 1 mi.) You can check your bike, stroller, or wagon on-site at our secure "bike corral”!
Ride to the Park, FREE: Intercity Transit is offering FREE rides on July 3rd to and from the Fireworks at Rainier Vista Community Park. Just say "I'm going to the fireworks" when you board. You can also park free at one of the area schools (see information above) and take an Intercity Transit bus back to your car after the fireworks, free! Intercity Transit July 3 Service Information .
Traffic: Expect congestion in the area through midnight. From approx. 9:30 - 11:45 p.m., 45th Ave. will be closed to eastbound traffic from Parkside to the park entrance, and no incoming access to the park will be allowed. Vehicles exiting the park on 45th may only turn eastbound. Vehicles exiting the park on Ruddell may only turn southbound. Traffic control officers will be in place at park exits, 45th & Ruddell, 54th & Ruddell, and Ruddell & Mullen. Please note: Access to the park is restricted approx. 9:30 - 11:45 p.m. If you plan to pick someone up after the event, meet at an alternate location.

4:30, 6:30, 7:15, and 8:30 p.m. - Aerial Assault - Extreme Trampoline Show!
This 3-man show uses 2 trampolines and a giant 14 foot transparent wall the athletes fly off of, on to, and over while presenting a synchronized show with Olympic routines using skis and snowboards! Get ready for plenty of antics and comedy while they fly up to 25 feet in the air and show their world-record belly drops and triffus (triple flip with a twist).
Flippenout utilizes top professional athletes from all around the country and performs for the NFL, NBA, NCAA, fairs, and festivals all over the world!
5:00 p.m. - The Olson Brothers - Country Pop Original Music
The Olson Bros. Band burst onto the country music scene in 2013 when they won the Battle of the Bands at Capital Lake Fair in Olympia and also won a national songwriting contest for their hit song "Sunrise" in the Texaco Country Showdown. The Olson Bros won $5000, a trip to Nashville to consult with a publishing company, and got introduced at The Grand Ol' Opry. The Band originated in Olympia, WA and is lead by singer/songwriters Luke and Isaac Olson. They are known for their tight brotherly harmonies and the fun energetic vibe they bring to their live show! They are currently playing shows all over the Northwest and Nashville, and are gearing up for a heavy 2018 tour schedule up in the Northwest where they play at country music festivals, weddings, concerts in the park, and wineries. They have had the opportunity to open for some big time acts including Craig Morgan, Justin Moore, Sammy Kershaw, High Valley, Adam Craig and the list goes on! The Bros have recently been enjoying a little time on the radio waves throughout Washington for their new single "By and By" inspired by their travels on the road. Isaac and Luke love performing but also enjoy writing music and have spent some time writing songs down in Nashville, collaborating with some big name writers including Brandon Kinney (who has written songs for Randy Houser, Craig Campbell, Cole Swindel and many other famous acts), Jodi Marr, and Canadian Country Star Johnny Reid. Their newest album "Let the Jack Drop", released March 2017 and is available on iTunes!
8:00 p.m. - Fun Addicts - Hits from Glen Miller to Bruno Mars
Covering 70 years of upbeat, sing-a-long and dance-a-bit popular music. the Funaddicts expertly perform numerous styles of music covering seventy years of pop hits. From Glen Miller to Bruno Mars, every generation will hear some of their favorite music. Upbeat music including 50's/60's Golden Oldies, Disco, 80's/90's Party Rock and Contemporary Top 40 are all integrated into this energetic, great sounding show.
