This popular 6-week series is offered Wednesdays, 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. at Huntamer Park. Concerts include
a number of local groups as well as regional acts. You'll hear a different sound each week as we mix-it-up with a variety of high-energy music styles.

Uptown Lowdown
Early Jazz & Swing

Uptown Lowdown specializes in presenting jazz, swing, blues and ragtime as it was originally performed. Many hours of listening to the original recordings has given the musicians a first-hand knowledge of the proper approach to this genre.

133rd Army National Guard
American Pop

The 133rd Army National Guard Band is Washington’s own military band that will rock the park with great American Pop tunes that will have you singing along! Don’t miss this enthusiastic presentation.

Tapwater
World’s first and only World Twang Band

If music were a box of crayons, TapWater would be a brand new pack of Crayolas, with the built-in sharpener. The band blends banjo, steel pans, piano, accordion, upright bass, guitar and drums into "a country boy’s take on World music."

Crème Tangerine
Beatles Music Experience

Creme Tangerine recreates Beatles classics along with Beatles albums in their entirety. Creme Tangerine creates a dynamic live Beatles music experience filled with energy, tone, humor and the spontaneity known only from the Beatles.

Fusion of Celtic, Appalachian & American Folk

Gaelica is a fusion of Celtic, Appalachian and American Folk music with a distinctly progressive approach. Gaelica weaves rich vocal harmonies with diverse instrumentation, including dobro, bandjo, Scottish cittern, fiddle, and oboe.

Bobby Medina
Jazz Quartet Jazz, Latin and more

Known as the “Trumpeter to the Stars”, Bobby Medina is widely recognized as a leading expert on Jazz and Latin music education, trumpet playing and entertainment consulting. He’s toured the world as a performer with many legendary artists including Ray Charles, Mel Torme, Frankie Valli, The Four Tops, Temptations, and many others. With his band he will be presenting his show “My Kind of Jazz”.


Huntamer Park is located on the corner of 7th Avenue SE and Woodland Square Loop in downtown Lacey. On-street parking around the Woodland Square loop is permitted during concerts to accommodate park visitors.
