Vacation House Checks

The Lacey Police Department offers a vacation house check service for Lacey residents that will be away from their homes for an extended period of time. The Lacey Police Senior Patrol will inspect the property daily (as volunteer staffing allows), for security concerns or damage while you are away. Should a problem arise, officers will notify you or your designated emergency contact.
Note: Only portions of the residential property with direct access will be checked by volunteers. For example, a locked fence around a backyard would not be included in a house check. |
