Utility Assistance Fund

Qualifying individuals and families may receive up to $75, twice each year, if funds are available.
You may qualify to receive utility assistance through this program:
- If you are a Lacey water utility service customer, and meet the following criteria:
- 125% of poverty
- Have a gross income of less than $30,000 per year.
The Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, and Thurston Counties (CAC) administers the program on behalf of the City of Lacey. The CAC is responsible for determining eligibility and distributing funds to those who qualify. If you are a Lacey utility customer and need assistance:
