Utility Assistance Fund
Lacey Utility Assistance Fund is a donation-supported program to assist low-income families with their municipal utility bill. The fund was developed in partnership by the City of Lacey and the Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason, and Thurston Counties (CAC), which administers the program.
The City of Lacey allocated $7,500 to initiate the Utility Assistance Fund in 2011. Contributions from utility customers, community members, and groups will enhance total dollars available to help those in need.
