UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Utility Customer Service department handles water, sewer, and stormwater billing. The department assists customers with new service, account information, and discontinuation of service. Utility Customer Service is open for payments and customer service assistance:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Accepted payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, checks, automatic payments through the City of Lacey website or bill pay through your bank. Payments can be provided by any of the options below. Please be sure to have your account number ready or noted on your payment.
