UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE
The city’s Utility Customer Service department is responsible for billing its customers for water, sewer and stormwater. Customers may sign up for new service, obtain account information or have their services discontinued through this department. Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payments can be made through Bill Pay Online via a credit card or direct payment from a checking account. If mailing a payment send to: City of Lacey; PO Box 90025; Bellevue, WA 98009-9025.
