Site Plan Review Committee

 

The role of the Site Plan Review Committee is to review and interpret land use regulations and make decisions on site plan review applications.  If you are planning a commercial development, an industrial development, a public building or multi-family project, your project will be reviewed by the Site Plan Review Committee.  The members of the Site Plan Review Committee are the Director of Community Development, Public Works Director and Assistant City Manager.  The Site Plan Review Committee meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month to hold presubmission conferences and site plan review meetings.
