| Welcome to the Lacey City Clerk's Office. Our department serves as
custodian for the City of Lacey's official public records. We preserve
documents for historical and legal purposes, publish the Lacey
Municipal Code, process public records requests, post legal and public
notices for the city, coordinate board and commission appointments,
administer contracts and bid openings, provide notary services, and
serve as guardian to the city seal and other historical records of the
city.

Request a Police Report
The Lacey Police Department Records Division provides police reports upon request. Visit the

supportservices@ci.lacey.wa.us.
For Notary Public ServicesNotary Public services are available at the City Clerk's office, Lacey Police Department, and several other departments during business hours at Lacey City Hall. The fee is $3.00 per notarized document.
