Welcome to the Lacey City Attorney’s office.  This office provides legal counsel and related services to the city.  This office is also responsible for prosecution of all misdemeanors and infractions resulting from citations by Lacey Police Officers, Animal Service Officers and Code Enforcement Personnel.

To Pay a Fine: Lacey Violations Bureau accepts payments for parking and traffic infraction violations, and non-criminal offenses for which you cannot go to jail. Payments are accepted during business hours at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, or call (360) 491-3211.

Red Light Camera Photo Enforcement Violations
The Red Light Camera Photo Enforcement program is managed by American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS). 

  • To view the infraction, visit the ATS website at www.violations.com and use the Notice # and PIN # from your ticket on the login screen.
  • Lacey Violations Bureau, located at Lacey City Hall, accepts only cash payments on behalf of American Traffic Solutions, Inc. (ATS). 
  • Payments by check can be mailed with the stub, to the address shown on the infraction. The address for mailed payments is: Lacey Violations Bureau-ATS, Automated Traffic Safety Camera Program, PO Box 742503, Cincinnati, OH 45274-2503.
  • Fines can be paid with a credit card and/or view the video of your infraction at www.violationinfo.com. Credit/debit card payments and general inquiries can be made by calling ATS Customer Service at (866) 790-4111.
  • Hearing requests or Declarations of Non-Responsibility must be mailed to Violations Processing Center, ATS Camera Program, PO Box 22091, Tempe, AZ  85285-9942.
